Certification process for Aetna Medicare:

1. Launch the Broker Training Portal (ALCx) via the following link:

                    http://www.aetnalcx.com

2. Select “Register Now” to complete a one-time registration form.

            Enter the required personal information

            Select “New certification” from the certification criteria drop down

            During the registration process, you will be asked to enter an organization      code and a site key code. Codes are case sensitive and must be entered     as specified.

Enter Organization Code: SWETB7598

Enter Site Key Code: AETNA-111

3) Click “Submit”

4) Select “My Required Courses”

5) Enroll and complete the following required training and assessments:

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST COMPLETE AND MASTER THE REQUIRED ASSESSEMENT

WITHIN 3 ATTEMPTS. AFTER YOUR THIRD UNSATISFACTORY ATTEMPT YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE ASSESSMENT(S).

RM – Aetna Medicare Marketing Standards of Conduct Acknowledgment

REQUIREMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS

6) Complete and submit a Medicare Registration Form

upon successful completion of all requirements, you will be notified of your certification to sell Aetna Medicare Products.
